About The Collaboration

World Story Exchange instructors joined Deep Creek Middle School's 7th grade students and teachers during their ongoing School Without Walls program. For one week students had opportunities to learn about marine ecology from scientists at Cape Eleuthera Institute, to meet international high school students on campus at The Island School, to practice snorkeling and swimming, and to make a documentary story about their experiences.

The project was supported by the Cape Eleuthera Foundation.
